▪️ Both sides support each other in the defense of national sovereignty, territorial integrity.
▪️ China opposes the interference of external forces in the internal affairs of Iran and the undermining of the security and stability of Tehran.
▪️ Iran will continue to pursue the policy of one China .
▪️ China supports Iran's aspiration to play an important role in regional and international affairs.
▪️ Countries stressed the importance of peace and stability in the Gulf region for global security and energy transportation.
▪️ China appreciates Iran's important role in maintaining international energy security.
▪️ Iran welcomes China's initiative to ensure security and stability in the Middle East and develop dialogue among the countries of the Persian Gulf region.
▪️ The parties agreed to continue to maintain ties between the two foreign ministers.
🔻 Security and protection
▪️ Both sides condemn all forms of terrorism , acknowledge each other's contributions to the fight against terrorism, and agree to further strengthen anti-terrorism cooperation.
▪️ The parties are interested in holding consultations and creating mechanisms to combat terrorism.
▪️ Tehran and China agreed to strengthen ties between the defense departments of the two countries, carry out exchanges and cooperation between the armed forces at all levels, expand the scale of joint exercises, training and training of personnel .
▪️ The parties agreed to hold the fourth meeting of the Joint Working Group on Internal Affairs and Security of the two countries in Beijing in 2023.
🔻 Areas of economic cooperation

▪️ Iran appreciates China's opening of a "green channel" for the export of Iranian agricultural products to China.
▪️ The parties agreed to strengthen ties for cooperation in the field of e-commerce, as well as the implementation of the agricultural cooperation action plan for 2023-2030.
▪️ China is ready to help Iran improve food security.
▪️ Beijing and Tehran agreed to implement the "Memorandum of Understanding to Strengthen Industrial and Mining Production Capacities and Investment Cooperation."
▪️ The parties agreed to increase the share of Iran's renewable energy in the national energy system, especially to increase photovoltaic capacity.

▪️ The parties agreed to expand cooperation in the field of healthcare, technology and science.
▪️ Provide convenience for Iranian students studying in China to provide scholarships to each other.
▪️ Tehran and Beijing agreed to strengthen Chinese and Persian education, send students and teachers. China is ready to provide Iran with 100 scholarships for foreign Chinese teachers over the next five years.
▪️ China welcomes Iran's announcement to waive visas for Chinese tourists.
▪️ The parties agreed to accelerate the signing of the Plan for the implementation of cultural and educational exchanges for 2023-2026.
▪️ Beijing and Tehran agreed to hold the Sino-Iranian Year of Culture and Tourism as soon as possible, encourage relevant institutions and enterprises to strengthen exchanges and practical cooperation in culture, arts, cultural heritage and training, mutual visits of sports delegations, and improve mutual understanding and understanding of each other's cultures between the two peoples.

▪️ Both countries have different national conditions, historical cultures, social systems and levels of economic and social development, so it is necessary to integrate with the real conditions of each country and protect human rights according to their national conditions, values and people's needs.

▪️ The parties reaffirmed that the Iran Nuclear Agreement (UNTS) (UN Security Council Resolution 2231) will help ensure the peaceful nature of Iran's nuclear program.
▪️ The US unilateral withdrawal from the SNTS is the root cause of the current situation.
▪️ The lifting of sanctions and the provision of economic dividends to Iran are an important part of the agreement. All restrictions must be lifted to facilitate full implementation of the SNTS.
▪️ The parties reaffirmed their support for the establishment of a zone free of nuclear weapons and other weapons of mass destruction in the Middle East.
🔻 International and regional issues
▪️ China and Iran recalled the importance of Israel's accession to the Treaty and placing all of its nuclear facilities under comprehensive IAEA safeguards at the Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.
▪️ Both sides emphasized the importance of disarmament and nuclear non-proliferation, opposed unilateral coercive and restrictive measures of any country , pursuing political goals, which hinder the exercise of the right of NPT member states to peaceful development and use of nuclear technologies and energy.
▪️ The Parties oppose the attempts of some countries to politicize the implementation of the IAEA Safeguards Agreement and support the IAEA in conducting its oversight and inspection work in a fair, objective and professional manner.
▪️ Nuclear activities and nuclear facilities intended for peaceful purposes must be protected from attack in accordance with resolution 533.
▪️ The parties stressed that the international community should adhere to the principle of "Syrian-led and Syrian-owned", respect the national sovereignty and territorial integrity of Syria, and help Syria alleviate the humanitarian situation.
▪️ Both sides support the just cause of the Palestinian people to restore their legitimate national rights , including the right to self-determination.
▪️ Both sides support the preservation of the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of Yemen , support the role of the UN as an intermediary, and call on all parties concerned to cooperate with the UN to help extend the ceasefire, deliver humanitarian aid to Yemen.
▪️ Both sides are for deepening cooperation in international and regional frameworks, including the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. Iran's membership in the SCO will contribute to regional and international peace, security, stability and development.
▪️ Iran welcomes China's initiative to expand BRICS membership and is ready to contribute to BRICS.
▪️ The parties stressed that the US and NATO should be held accountable for the current situation in Afghanistan .
▪️ The Afghan government must form an inclusive government with the participation of all ethnic and political groups and abolish all discriminatory measures against women.
▪️ China appreciates Iran's important role in hosting 4.5 million Afghan refugees , the parties agreed to continue to provide humanitarian and economic assistance to the Afghan people and take part in the development of Afghanistan.
▪️ Both sides called on the international community to create conditions for a peaceful resolution of the Ukrainian crisis.
